Next the bhavas or the houses 2,8,5,11 are said to be panapara houses. (பணபர  வீடுகள் )

3,6,9,12 th bhavas/houses are said to be Aboklima Houses. (அபோக்லிம  வீடுகள் )

The above said houses / bhavas i.e panapara houses and aboklima houses are not as strong as

Kendras.

Strong or weak of a House / bhava depends on the planet  / girukam (கிரகம் ) placed in the

houses  / bhava.

The 3,6,10,11  Bhava / houses are called as Upaya saya Houses. ( உபயசய  வீடுகள்  )

where evil girukas ( கிரகம் )  are said to be strong. this can further be clarified that the planets

can stay in these Upayasaya Houses  but not as houses of their own.In case it happens to be their

own house,it should be construed.that the places are not strong..


Generally Upayasaya Houses   are good.

Next all the 12 Raasis are divided into 3  parts..They are Chara raasi,Sthira,Upaya raasis.

(சர ராசி , ஸ்திர ராசி ,உபய ராசி  )


ARIES, CANCER, LIBRA,AND  CAPRICORN,  all the four raasis are called as Chara raasi.

TAURES, LEO, SCORPIO,AND AQUARIUS are said to be Sthira raasis.

GEMINI, VIRGO,SAGITTARIUS AND PISCES are said to be Upaya raasi.

Persons born under Chara Raasi the 11 th house from their janma Lagna is said to be their

Padhaka Sthanam ( பாதக  ஸ்தானம் )


Persons born under  Sthira raasi,the 9 th house from their janma Lagna is their padhaka Sthanam.

Persons born under Upaya raasi, the 7 th house from their Janma Lagna is called their

padhakaSthanam. 


Next the houses /bhavas 6,8,12 are said to be naasa sthanam /  hidden sthanas.

The planets / Girukas owning these houses are generally not good.
